Our address is 1 York Street, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10013. Take the A,C, or E train and get off at the Canal Street stop. First look for 6th Avenue (Avenue of America) and York Street, then look for Saint John's Lane, which intersects York Street. Our entrance is on Saint John's Lane, not York Street.

Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM. Our emergency on-call system is activated during off hours and also during weekends.

Unfortunately, we do not accept private-pay. All of our services are funded by Medicaid.
