This Personal Assistant Available database is set up to provide our existing consumer another way to find a Personal Assistant as a permanent worker, a back-up, or just fill in a specific shift, but there are many other options available to a Consumer such as via word of mouth, newspaper ad, or referral, all venues that a Consumer should explore. The Chinese-American Planning Council Home Attendant Program, Inc. (CPCHAP) does not screen the Personal Assistants, all of whom volunteered their own information, listed on this database. CPCHAP also does not endorse any Personal Assistant listed for hiring by a Consumer. All information provided by a Personal Assistant are the sole responsibility of the Personal Assistant with regards to accuracy and truth. Therefore, a Consumer must screen, interview, and check for a Personal Assistant’s references before making a hiring decision.

At Your Own Risk and Responsibility: The use of this database constitutes an agreement that you the Consumer will not hold the Chinese-American Planning Council Home Attendant Program, Inc, its directors, officers, employees, and agents responsible for the contents in this database, or any consequences which may arise as a result of using the information in the database. If you are hired by a consumer who find you via this database, the Chinese-American Planning Council Home Attendant Program, Inc. is not responsible for your decision to enter into an employment contract with such consumer.
